Booking is not confirmed until a confirmation number is advised and Full Payment is collected.
A valid major credit card number is required with all reservation. Debit cards & Cash item are not acceptable for confirming reservation. Full payment will be collected upon confirmation .Payment would be forfeited if the booking cancelled less than 7 days prior to pick-up date and in the event no show.
For booking cancelled 8 to 14 days prior to pick up date, 50% cancellation charge will apply.
For any booking cancelled more than 14 days prior pick up date, a sum of RM50.00 , or 5% of the total cost (which ever is higher) is charged for administration fees.Such a cancellation MUST be made by e-mail or fax to Asia Web Direct (M) Sdn Bhd.
Any changes to your reservation, amendment in booking dates, hour or vehicle type in full or in part, must be made through our office and NOT through the operator.
The amendments must be made in writing, quoting the booking reference number and the e-mail address your originally used to make your booking.
All amendment request are subject to reconfirmation and availability.
If the amendment results in a refund of payment, an administration fee will be charged on the amount to be refunded equivalent to 5% of the total value or MYR 50, whichever is the greater.
