The Amazing Kuching Tour is a 3D/2N package that allows you to explore the highlights of the capital city of Sarawak as well as the Semenggoh Orang-Utan Rehabilitation Center and Sarawak Cultural Village. The capital city of Sarawak, Kuching, is full of landmarks and heritage buildings to see.

The Orang-Utan Rehabilitation Center is a sanctuary for these endangered primates that you can see up-close while the Cultural Village enables you to experience the different cultures of Sarawak’s multi-racial society.

Day 1

You arrive in Kuching, where a tour guide will greet you warmly and assist you in checking-in to the hotel. The Kuching City tour begins in the afternoon. You’ll visit the Cat Monument, the Tua Pek Kong Temple; the oldest in the city and the world-renowned Sarawak Museum. You’ll also get the chance to see Fort Margherita, the Astana (Former palace of the Brooke Rajahs, founders of Sarawak), the Colonial Courthouse and the City Tower for a panoramic view of the city. Finally, take a walk on the Kuching Waterfront where you’ll have the chance to shop for souvenirs

Day 2

After breakfast, you’ll depart for the Semenggoh Orang-Utan Rehabilitation Center and arrive in around half-an-hour. From there, it is a pleasant 20-minute walk through the rainforest, leading you to the feeding spot where semi-wild Orang-Utans come down from the vast tree canopy for bananas and other fruits. We’ll also stop by a pitcher plant garden to see these unique insect-eating plants and orchids. On the return trip to Kuching, we’ll visit a pottery factory to see how Sarawak vase engraved with native designs are made.

Next will be lunch before we head on to the Cultural Village nestled at the foothills of Santubong Mountain. The Cultural Village is a living museum that showcases the rich cultural heritage of Sarawak’s diverse ethnic groups. The traditional dwellings of Bidayuh, Iban, Orang Ulu, Penang, Melanau, Malay and Chinese groups are meticulously recreated to enable you to experience their lifestyles, traditions and skills, such as craft-making and cooking. The tour ends with a spectacular dance and music performance by the village before returning to Kuching to be dropped-off at the hotel.

Day 3

The tour concludes with a transfer to the Kuching International Airport for your departure flight.

Expenses other than those specified in each tour itinerary e.g. airport taxes, additional meals, sightseeing, cost of passport, visas or other documentation, laundry, liquor, excess baggage charges, tips, personal or baggage insurance, cable, telephone or communications charges, or any items of a personal nature are not included in the price quoted.
Rates exclude entrance fees to place of visit (unless stated otherwise).
The Management reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw the package anytime without prior notice.
Booking is not confirmed until a confirmation number is advised and FULL PAYMENT is collected.
A valid major credit card number is required with all reservations. Debit Cards are not accepted
for confirming reservations. Full payment will be collected upon confirmation. Payment will be forfeited if booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to pick-up date and in the event of no show.
For bookings cancelled 30 days before tour date: full amount less administration fee equivalent to 5% of the total value or MYR50.00, whichever is greater.
For bookings cancelled 20 days before tour date: 75% of the total price refunded.
For bookings cancelled 15 days before tour date: 50% of the total price refunded.
For any bookings cancelled less than 14 working days prior to the pick-up date: NO REFUND
Any changes to your reservation, amendment in booking dates, hour or vehicle type in full or in part, must be made through our office and NOT through the operator.
The amendments must be made in writing, quoting the booking reference number and the email address you originally used to make your booking.
All amendment requests are subject to reconfirmation and availability.
If the amendment results in a refund of payment, an administration fee will be charged on the amount to be refunded equivalent to 5% of the total value or MYR50, whichever is greater.
An amendment fee of MYR25.00 will be charged for any amendments after the payment voucher has been issued, except where this involves additional days, tours, number of rooms, or number of people booked. Cancellation of any services in whole or in part is subject to the above cancellation policy.

Child Policy: Child Rate applicable for children aged between 2 to 12 years.
