Botanical Garden & Bird Park Tour

On this tour, you'll cross over to the mainland by Penang Ferry Service to visit Penang Bird Park. Later, you'll return to the island by crossing Penang Bridge to visit the Bukit Jambul Reptile Farm.

1. Rates quoted are nett with driver and guide where applicable unless otherwise stated.
2. Rates quoted are for a minimum of 2 adults.

4. All the above are subject to 50% surcharge for transfer between 2300 &0800 hours where applicable ( Adults RM15.00 & Child RM10.00 per Way)
5. Pick up point will be at nearest hotel lobby to the coach drop off point (Within Penang Island)
6. All Transfer excludes Luggage & Porte rage.
7. Please Note Maximum 1 hour waiting time in the event flight delay. Exclude Custom & Immigration Clearance.
8. Rates exclude entrance fees to place of visit (unless stated otherwise)
9. The Management reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw the package anytime without prior notice.
10. Booking is not confirmed until a confirmation number is advised and FULL PAYMENT is collected.
11. A valid major credit card number is required with all reservations. Debit Cards are not accepted for confirming reservations. Full payment will be collected upon confirmation. Payment will be forfeited if booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to pick-up date and in the event of no show.
12. For bookings cancelled 8 to 14 days prior to pick-up date, a 50% cancellation charge will apply.
13. For any bookings cancelled more than 14 working days prior to the pick-up date, a sum of MYR50.00 or 5% of the total cost (whichever is higher) is charged for administration fees. Such cancellation MUST be made by email of fax to Asia Web Direct (M) Sdn Bhd.
14. Any changes to your reservation, amendment in booking dates, hour or vehicle type in full or in part, must be made through our office and NOT through the operator.
    
    The amendments must be made in writing, quoting the booking reference number and the email address you originally used to make your booking.
    
    All amendment requests are subject to reconfirmation and availability.
    
    If the amendment results in a refund of payment, an administration fee will be charged on the amount to be refunded equivalent to 5% of the total value or MYR50, whichever is greater.
15. All entrance fees quoted are subject to change without notice.
16. Kindly book at least 5 days in advance.
17. Child Policy: Child Rate applicable for children aged between 2 to 12 years.
