- Surcharge for transfer between 2300hrs to 0600hrs. (Surchange MYR60 per way/per private vechicle for Kuala Lumpur golden triangle & MYR120 per way/per private vehicle for Seremban of Klang or Shah Alam area)
- Above rate are NETT and subject to 100% cancellation charge less than 24 hour
- All transfers & tours are conducted by experience english speaking driver guide or with English guide whichever applicable.
- Maximum waitting time for arrival transfer at Kuala Lumpur International Aiport (KLIA) or Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT) is 1 hrs 30 minestimate time of arrival (ETA).
- All departure pick up is base on 3hrs 30 min from the estimate time of departure (ETD).
- One (1) luggage per guest and any additional luggage are depend on space avaibility.othersie guest need to make own arrangement.
- Full payment for No Show and no refundable for additional cost accurred if the guest guest take taxi to hotel after allocated waiting time and we didn't received phone call from guest.
- Please allocate 1hrs 30 min for the journey from Kuala Lumpur to Airport
- Child from 3 year to 8 years old will be consider child and above 9 years old would be charge as adult fare.
- For all departure transfer on SIC,please expect delay due to traffic condition
- Package return aiport transfer must follow the pick up schedule for KUL/GEN or GEN/KUL aacordingly as per our fixed shuttle schedules.
- For transfer (rg Airport) with luggage - maximum number of pax for transfer is 3 person/car & 8 person/Van.
- Our company should not be liable for any loss,damage or delay to luggage carried.
- All timetable are fixed and vehicle will leave as per schedule.
- Check out and be ready 5 - 10 mins before pick up time.
