Terms & Conditions

• Rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia.
• Booking has to be made at least 3 days in advance for Sightseeing Tour or Commuting Service, and 7 days in advance for Sunset Dinner Cruise or Massage Cruise, or any occasional event. 
• Surplus charges will apply depending on the type of extra services requested.
• Mines Cruise reserves the right to cancel the cruise for safety reasons in the event of adverse weather conditions.
• MINES Cruise or Asia Web Direct – Wotif Group shall not be held liable for any personal injury and/or damage suffered during the cruise.
• Waiting duration: Please be informed that the standard waiting time is a maximum of 15 minutes from the scheduled departure time. Normal booking charges apply should waiting time exceed 15 minutes on the date of departure.
• Guests are to arrive at the designated location at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. No requests for participating in the next scheduled tour due to late arrivals will be entertained.
• Rates quoted are for Private & Joining Group (SIC) in tours or packages (unless stated otherwise). Joining Group (SIC) booking minimum 2 people.
• Expenses other than those specified in each tour itinerary e.g. airport taxes, additional meals, sightseeing, cost of passport, visas or other documentation, laundry, liquor, excess baggage charges, tips, personal or baggage insurance, cable, telephone or communications charges, or any items of a personal nature are not included in the price quoted.
• Rates exclude entrance fees to place of visit (unless stated otherwise).
• The Management reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw the package anytime without prior notice.
• Booking is not confirmed until a confirmation number is advised and FULL PAYMENT is collected.
• A valid major credit card number is required with all reservations. Debit Cards are not accepted for confirming reservations. Full payment will be collected upon confirmation. Payment will be forfeited if booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to pick-up date and in the event of no show.
• For bookings cancelled 30 days before tour date: full amount less administration fee equivalent to 5% of the total value or MYR50.00, whichever is greater.
• For bookings cancelled 20 days before tour date: 75% of the total price refunded.
• For bookings cancelled 15 days before tour date: 50% of the total price refunded.
• For any bookings cancelled less than 14 working days prior to the pick-up date: NO REFUND
• Any changes to your reservation, amendment in booking dates, hour or vehicle type in full or in part, must be made through our office and NOT through the operator.
• The amendments must be made in writing, quoting the booking reference number and the email address you originally used to make your booking.
• All amendment requests are subject to reconfirmation and availability.
• If the amendment results in a refund of payment, an administration fee will be charged on the amount to be refunded equivalent to 5% of the total value or MYR50, whichever is greater.
• An amendment fee of MYR25.00 will be charged for any amendments after the payment voucher has been issued, except where this involves additional days, tours, number of rooms, or number of people booked. Cancellation of any services in whole or in part is subject to the above cancellation policy.
