• Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) The vechile is covered under comprehensive commercial insurance. In the event of any accident, loss or damage to the vechile during the period of rental, the rental is responsible for the first RM 3500.00 for a car below 1.3cc, RM 5,000.00 for a car Group above 1.3cc and RM 6,000.00 for 4WD. The Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) can be purchased by payment of an additional amount to waive part of this liability. This waiver does not apply to and you are always responsible for the amount of Non Waiver Damages Excess.
  - 850cc to 2.0cc, CDW RM 18 per day, Non-waive Damages Excess (RM2,000)
  - 4 wheel drive, CDW RM 26 per day, Non-waive Damages Excess (RM3,000)
• Vehicles are rented at a daily rate according to the agreed charge,one day being defined as any period of 24 hours from the time of commencement of the rental agreement. A grace period of 1 HOUR is allowed for after time due back. After this excess hour is calculated at 10% of the published rate per hour.

• Age limit for the rental must be above 21 and 60 years old with a local or International driving license.
• Fuel is not included in the rental rates (upon request)
• If the vehicle is rentae on behalf of a company/person, all parties concerned are responsible for the vehicle. For a company rentals, customers must bring along their company rubber stamp whereby the company will act as the Hirer and one driver must be present to act as the Co –hirer for the rental of the vehicle.
• A maximum of one authorized driver and one additonal driver for rental, while two additional drivers for corporate rental.
• Only the rental or the person/s appointed by the rental in the rental contract is permitted to drive the vehicle and must hold a valid drivers license and be competent in proper driving manners and procedures.
• The vehicles must not be driven out of Sabah. The renter must keep the vehicle in his/her possessions at all time.
