• Please abide to the points in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for the terms and condition of our coach tickets
• Please ensure that you are clear and are in agreement with the e-ticketing terms and condition before proceeding with the e-payment. If you are to tick and proceed, it will be regarded as your agreement to the terms and conditions of the FAQ as well as of e-payments.
• No cancellation allowed once the confirmation number is provided.
• Postpone can be allowed if you have more than 3 days notice of your actual travelling ticket time.RM 10.00 will be charges.
• The ticket is not refundable or is not exchangeable.
• If passengers are late by more than 5 minutes and based on our coach timing, the coach will not wait for passengers and the coach will depart on the schedule departure time. Airebus will not be held responsible if passengers do not arrive on time. Please provide the name of your passengers and their contact numbers so that we can contact them should we need to that is related to the coach services. The issued ticket be treated as null and void and no refund will be made. However if you wish to travel on the next departure , you may purchase a new tickets from counter staff.
• To be entitled to either a normal meal or a child meal or a vegetarian meal, you will need to purchase the e-ticketing at least 24 hours prior to the travelling time as per our system. Otherwise, we will have your agreement when you are to purchase your e-ticketing that you consent us to serve you our Instant Meal as per our preparation.
• Ticket purchased are NOT refundable, cannot be changed (date, time, passenger name). Any changes will be considered as new purchase. Online tickets sold are final and cannot be changed. I agree to have Instant Meal provided, instead of prepared meals if ticket is purchased less than 24 hours before travelling time.
• For your information, Airebus does not store any of your credit card information as part of our database or information.
• Before you are to transact on the internet, please read the terms and conditions carefully and in detail as that is also made available in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section of our website.
• If you are to agree to all of the above; you will also be responsible to adhere to the terms and conditions stipulated by Airebus & Asia Web Direct (AWD) for all the charges incurred by your use of our e-ticketing site, including all confirmation bookings. You have expressly authorize Asia Web Direct (AWD) to charge your credit card that is provided by you or listed on your account for any outstanding fees and/or cost due to Asia Web Direct (AWD).
